Our books are printed and shipped by Bookvault, using the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.
Bookvault currently prints from the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, helping reduce delivery times and customs delays.
Delivery times
Every book is printed to order.
Printing time: 3–5 business days
Shipping time (after printing):
- UK: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are typical, but please allow for occasional postal or customs delays.
Customs duties, import taxes & VAT
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are charged by your local customs office at the point of delivery.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We’ll always do our best to minimise delays by printing and shipping from the facility nearest to you.

UK VAT is charged at 0% for books and ebooks.
Sales outside the UK are supplied tax-free.
For customers in the EU, local VAT may apply under your country’s own rules.
